Key challenges identified include: 1. Complexity: Job seekers often encounter complexities and inefficiencies when navigating multiple job boards and websites, leading to frustration and confusion. 2. Lack of Personalization: Existing platforms may fail to deliver personalized job recommendations tailored to the unique skills, preferences, and career goals of individual candidates. 3. Limited Engagement: Job seekers and employers alike may struggle to engage effectively with each other beyond the initial application process, hindering meaningful connections and interactions.
